Two very different situations bring an individual to a labour consultant: a dispute with an employer, where verified figures are needed for a lawyer to work with, or hiring someone to work in your home, where the obligations must be right from day one.

I am an employee: how can a labour consultant help me?
By putting numbers where there are usually only opinions. Whether a payslip is correct, how much severance pay has accrued, what is owed at the end of a contract: these are calculations, and they are exactly what a consulente del lavoro does.
How much does it cost to have my payslip checked?
It depends on how many periods have to be reconstructed and on what you are looking for. Checking a few payslips is one thing, rebuilding several years with a projection on your pension is another: we say which it is, in writing, before we start.
Can my lawyer appoint you as a technical expert?
Yes. We regularly act as party-appointed technical experts in employment cases, supporting the lawyer with the calculations and with observations on the court expert’s report.
I need to employ a carer: where do I start?
With the notification of employment, which has to be filed before the relationship begins, and with the job grading set out in the national collective agreement for domestic work. Pay, quarterly contributions, the thirteenth month and severance pay all follow from that.
