Labour consultants in Venice
Three practices joined in a single professional partnership. We handle payroll and contracts for companies and assist individuals, from a payslip check to hiring a carer.
Three practices, one structure.
Two audiences, two routes
Companies and individuals have different needs and different language. The site keeps them apart until the point of contact, because the answers are different.
For companies
Employers and HR staff have a single point of contact for the whole employment cycle: hiring, management, termination.
For individuals
Anyone facing a labour dispute, a doubt about a payslip or the hiring of a carer gets a technical reading of their own numbers.
Four things we do differently
International experience
The partners speak English, Romanian and Spanish: foreign companies with staff in Italy and foreign workers find someone who speaks their language.
More than one discipline in the same firm
Labour law, industrial relations, social security, HR organisation and cost analysis sit in the same structure, with external partners brought in when needed.
Technology that lowers the cost
Document portal, online attendance and certified archiving make services affordable to small and medium companies that once only large firms could afford.
Listening before answering
Every company has its own contracts, shifts and constraints: solutions start from how it actually works, not from a standard template.

The questions we are asked most often
General answers: your own case always has to be checked against the documents.
What does an Italian labour consultant (consulente del lavoro) do?
They handle the employment relationship from hiring to termination: contracts and job grading, payslips and social security contributions, mandatory notifications, dismissals and disputes. It is a regulated profession: practitioners are entered in the professional register of Consulenti del Lavoro and answer for what they sign.
What is the difference between a labour consultant and an accountant?
The accountant deals with bookkeeping, financial statements and tax; the labour consultant deals with the people who work in the company. Where there are employees the two roles work side by side: we take care of the employment side and coordinate with your accountant.
How much does a labour consultant cost for a small company?
It depends on the number of employees and on the national collective agreement applied, because those two figures determine how many obligations there are. With them we can give a realistic order of magnitude in our first reply, with no commitment.
Can I change labour consultant during the year?
Yes, the switch can be made in any month. We collect the historical data from the previous consultant, check it and realign it: the first payslip we produce has to reconcile with the ones before it.
Can a private individual use a labour consultant?
Yes. Anyone with a doubt about their payslip, their severance pay (TFR) or a dispute gets a technical reading of the figures, and anyone employing a domestic worker or a carer finds someone to handle the contract, the contributions and the paperwork.
Which areas do you cover?
The firm is in Martellago, between Venice and Treviso, and works with companies and individuals in Maerne, Olmo, Spinea, Mirano, Salzano, Noale, Scorzè, Santa Maria di Sala, Mogliano Veneto, Marcon, Quarto d’Altino, Mestre and Venice, as well as in the provinces of Treviso and Padua. Most of the work is done by email and through the document portal, so distance is not an obstacle.
